Email, devices, reissue
The site cabinet does not raise a tunnel — it shows the subscription. Connecting stays in the app. The same cabinet is partly available inside Premium.
Sign-in without a password
A code to the email you gave when paying, valid for 10 minutes. Google only if it is the same verified address. There is no password and there will not be one.
Five devices
A slot is taken when the key is activated on the computer, not at purchase. The device name is what you see in the list. You can unlink your own or someone else’s.
Lost key
The full code cannot be recovered from the cabinet — only the prefix. If you did not save the key from the checkout page — Reissue key: the old one dies, the new one is shown once.
Email is required
That is how the owner proves the key is theirs when someone else saw the code. Until email is bound (a gift batch), you can connect but you cannot reissue.
In the app and on the site
The same cabinet: email, key, devices. The site does not raise a tunnel. From the cabinet in the app you can Connect to a country right away.
Device name
The slot takes this computer’s name at activation. You can unlink any device, including the current one — the node then stops admitting it in about a minute.
