Write wherever is handier — it's one conversation per key. The reply appears both in your account and in the app.

Account → Support. Sign in with the email you bought Premium with.

Premium screen → “Write to support”; on a computer, Ctrl+K works too. From Diagnostics the report goes in one click, without keys or passwords.

Won't connect, sites don't open, speed dropped — step-by-step checks are collected in one place.
