Diagnostics
Something's off — the app tells you why
One button checks the network, sites, privacy and speed in about 40 seconds. Next to every problem is a fix: turn the VPN on, switch servers, flush DNS. And the log remembers every connection.

Four checks
What «Check everything» looks at
The app says «Everything works» only after it has checked all four parts. If something wasn't checked, it says so.
Network
DNS, ping and loss, internet access, the Wi-Fi sign-in page, the system clock, MTU, IPv6 and the VPN server itself.
Sites
Up to 24 sites — from the ready-made catalog or your own. You see whether a site opens, and if not, what exactly is in the way.
Privacy
Which IP and which DNS servers sites see, and whether DNS or IPv6 leaks around the tunnel.
Speed
Latency, download and upload — with and without the VPN, side by side: you see right away what the tunnel costs.
The fix sits next to the problem
A button instead of «try restarting»
Every problem found comes with its own action, and afterwards the app checks again.
Sites are closed without the VPN
Turn on VPNConnects and rechecks the closed sites.
The server is silent or slow
Another serverSuggests a profile that works better.
A site can't be found by name
Flush DNS cacheDrops stale DNS answers on the computer.
The computer clock is off
Sync timeReality and VLESS won't connect with a wrong clock.
Why a site won't open
A reason, not just «an error»
The app tells a block from a site that is down and compares with the previous check: what got fixed, what broke.
opens

slow
opens, but takes a while
no answer
the site is silent
closed by the site
the site itself refuses your country

the provider won't give out the site's address
DNS spoofing

DPI reset
the connection is cut on the way
TLS interception
the secure connection is being swapped
Log
Every connection in one entry
One press of «Connect» is one entry: how long it took to connect, how much traffic went through, whether it dropped and how it ended.
What happened
Why it dropped, in plain words — no internet even without the VPN, the server doesn't answer, or it looks like a block — and buttons for what to do.
How it went
Connection steps in order, computer sleep, a switch to another protocol, events and the tunnel log.
By server
Drops per hour, failures, connect time and ping — you see which server is more reliable.
Only on your computer
The log keeps 30 days and goes nowhere by itself. Export it as CSV or text.

Premium
A report to support in one click
With Premium, diagnostics goes to support right from the app: version, state and events — no keys, passwords or server addresses. The reply comes to the app with a copy by email.
Frequently asked
Can the check tell a provider block from a site that's down?
Yes. It recognises DNS blocks, DNS spoofing, connections reset on the way and TLS interception — and tells them apart from a site that simply doesn't answer or refuses your country itself.
Do I need the VPN on before checking?
No. Without the VPN the check shows what your provider blocks, and the «Turn on VPN» button connects and checks again.
Which servers is speed measured against?
speed.cloudflare.com — so runs with and without the VPN go to the same point and can be compared.
What goes into a support report?
The app version, connection state and recent events. No keys, passwords or addresses of your servers — and the report leaves only when you press «Send» yourself.
