Veli protocol
A tunnel that looks like just a browser from the outside
Veli doesn't try to look like “nothing”. It looks like something a filter can't block: an ordinary browser that opened an ordinary website. Inside is modern, proven encryption, not a homemade one.
- No speed loss. Lightweight modern encryption and nothing extra in the packets: films, downloads and updates run at the speed of your internet.
- Minimal ping. Veli adds almost no delay — only the road to the server remains. Pick a country nearby, and you won't feel the VPN in games or calls.
- Speed that doesn't fade. Filters often choke long connections, and after a couple of minutes everything crawls. Veli quietly switches the connection ahead of time, so the speed holds for hours.

What if it does not work on my network?
Write to support right from the app (Ctrl+K → “Contact support”) — the reply comes by email. We will pick a transport. If that does not help, we refund the unused period.
How can I pay without a bank card?

Which devices does it work on?
The app is available for Windows, macOS, Linux and Android. One key covers up to five devices at once — say, a desktop, a laptop and a phone.
Do you keep logs?
There is no connection log: not your IP, not when you connected, not the sites you open. The full list of what is stored after purchase is on the Privacy page.
Can I change countries?
Yes, as often as you like. All nodes are available on one key; switching happens in the app in one click.
How do I renew?
On the site: click Renew in your account and pay for a plan — the key's term is extended. No need to change the key.
What if my key leaks?
Press “Reissue key” in your account: the old one stops working and the new one is shown once.
