Frequently asked questions
When does the subscription term start?
When the buyer enters the code in the app. Until then the code sits with you and its days are not used up. A code can be activated within 365 days of when you took it.
How do I get the codes after paying?
In the «Wholesale» tab of the cabinet: press «Take codes» — all at once or as many as you need. Codes are shown once, so download the file right away. We only keep their fingerprints, like passwords.
I lost the file with the codes. What now?
Return the unactivated codes in the cabinet: the old ones stop working and their places free up again — take them out as new codes. Activated codes stay with their buyers.
Can I return a code if the buyer backed out?
Yes, as long as the code isn't activated. A returned code stops working, and you can take a new one in its place.
How do I pay for a pack?
With a transfer in USDT and other coins to our wallet, or with a @CryptoBot invoice. The price of the pack is fixed when the invoice opens.
Who helps the buyer if they can't connect?
We do: support is right inside the app. Questions about the purchase itself — payment, delivering the code — go to you.
Do I need a company or a contract?
No. Sign in to the cabinet and pay for a pack. You pay taxes on your own sales under the rules of your country.
